All of our teachers are native English speakers from the United States and New Zealand. When we say “native speaker,” we mean English as a first language from childhood. We respect that many non-native teachers speak excellent English, but we value being transparent about how we use this term.

Our teachers are employees of our company. We handle all employment, legal, and support responsibilities. If any issues arise, we work with both sides to resolve them.

No. We ask our partner institutions to clearly communicate expectations to us, and we make sure those expectations are clearly communicated to the teacher. We stay involved throughout the partnership.

Our contracts include a paid one-month trial period. During this time, both sides can confirm that the partnership is a good fit. If there is a serious issue, we work with you to resolve it, including teacher replacement if necessary.

You contract directly with Access English Resources and pay us. We pay our teachers directly. Your only financial obligation is to pay the agreed hourly rate stated in the contract.

Yes. We understand that having a native-speaker teacher is an important benefit for schools and language centers. For contracts with fewer than 8 teaching hours per week, using our teachers in advertising may require an extra fee.

Our teachers often work in more than one school. This shared model allows institutions to access native-speaker teachers at much lower cost than contracting a teacher directly.
