Alif Tech

Alif Tech is a technology company based in Tashkent. Since 2024, Access English Resources has partnered with Alif Tech to deliver a weekly English Conversation Club for employees, designed to support spoken fluency and confidence through relaxed, communicative practice.

The Conversation Club runs for a total of 90 minutes per week. Sessions are led by one of our native-speaker teachers and are intentionally non-academic in tone. Each session includes a short, informal review of one useful language feature or communication pattern, introduced in a light way so that participants do not feel they are attending a traditional English class. The primary focus remains on interpersonal communication across a wide range of themes, supported by games and interactive activities that help create an enjoyable, relaxed atmosphere and encourage spontaneous speaking.

Participants attend with mixed levels of English proficiency, and activities are structured so that all participants can contribute meaningfully. Teachers adapt tasks in real time, balancing open discussion with guided interaction to maintain engagement across levels. Informal participant feedback is used to shape future session themes and activities.

Through this ongoing program, Alif Tech is able to offer employees a consistent opportunity to practice spoken English in a low-pressure setting. The Conversation Club supports general communicative confidence and sustained language development while fitting smoothly into the company’s weekly schedule.
