International Talent Academy (ITA) is a leading private school in Tashkent and an IB-certified institution. Since 2023, Access English Resources has partnered with ITA to provide supplemental English conversation classes designed to reinforce students’ core ESL instruction.

For each grade level, we deliver two 45-minute sessions per week focused on helping students actively apply the language they are learning in their regular English classes. Our native-speaker teachers work in close coordination with the principal English teacher assigned to each group, ensuring alignment with the school’s curriculum and learning objectives.

ITA divides each grade into two groups based on English proficiency, allowing students to work at an appropriate level and participate confidently. Principal teachers communicate regularly with our teaching staff to share lesson themes, target language, and upcoming academic priorities. Based on this input, our teachers design interactive, age-appropriate lessons that emphasize speaking, collaboration, and meaningful communication. Activities frequently include structured games and light competition to increase student engagement and motivation.

Through this partnership, ITA is able to offer a more comprehensive ESL program without replacing its existing teachers or curriculum. The continuity of the program allows us to observe students’ progress over time, supporting steady development in both communicative competence and overall language confidence.
